Payment not complete send. Only send payment for item but did not send payment for shipping and handling which is $20.

(* wipes nose *)" and when you asked the price the total 50 dollars including shipping and handling and I said yes my understanding with that that you understood 50 dollars plus 20 dollars for shipping and handling which not that the item is sold for 30 dollars and the shipping and handling is 20 dollars. The item is 50 dollars and shipping and handling is 20 dollars.
