If games like Shinobi (1987) and Shadow Dancer (1989) are your cup of tea, the following game series will please you. A Shinobi-style action game called Shadow Gangs was released in 2020, and its success has now led to the development of a prequel named Shadow Gangs Zero. This prequel will be available for Steam, Switch, PS5, Xbox, Neo Geo, Sega Genesis / Mega Drive, and Dreamcast.

The Kickstarter campaign has achieved full funding, but it still needs to reach a series of stretch goals, the first of which is:

Second Playable Character
Introducing Hikaru, the ninja girl! Play as this new character and experience the game from a fresh perspective.

Take a look and see if you might be able to help out!

There should be Amiga Versions of 32 colours :) I am sure it would look good thought.

I'd prefer AGA over OCS/ECS. Not only are AGA sprites, playfields, and number of onscreen colours better, but the 68020 CPU baseline would make things more feasible as well.

Wouldn't want to see an OCS/ECS version that looks so extremely watered down even compared to the Mega Drive / Genesis version!

Not for me as there will probably be no Amiga version.

Good luck with your venture though, it's looking good :)

Oh gosh, no... I'm not the developer. I only wish I had that kind of programming and artistic talent!

I'm just helping to spread the word because I want to see this second playable character included.

Ahh okay, so let me see if I have this straight ...

A) You're not the developer, and the game is fully funded already.

B) You are instead asking everyone to throw extra money at the Kickstarter for a "Stretch Goal" so you can play the game as the 2nd character.

Gotcha! ;)

To make sure you understand properly:

I'm not asking existing backers to contribute more money by backing extra stuff they don't need.

I'm calling for new backers from amongst those who've been sitting on the sidelines, or those who've been sitting on the fence so far, or those who haven't heard about the campaign until now.

Get back to me once they announce the Amiga version :)

Nah, not worth the trouble to champion an Amiga version.

Amiga is not where the best action gaming exists. That was true in the 1980's and 1990's, and it's still true today.

Amiga hardware is underpowered compared to its contemporaries in the console world. Porting the game to the Mega Drive will already be an uphill battle. Porting to Amiga would be like climbing Mount Everest.

We don't mind you sharing your Kickstarter with the community. We do mind when it becomes pointless update spamming.
You've shared the link once. That's enough.

So, you blatantly ignored my last message and reposted the deleted message.
Thread locked and warning points heading your way.
