the11thdoctor, since the deal is obviously off, why not refund his money and thus close the case in a matter of hours? What is the point of waiting 45-90 days to refund the money?
I understand that some times things between seller/buyer do not work well but since he already payed and you have not shipped anything just refund the money and be done with it. No point for both persons to have paypal problems for 90 days over that....
