Even if it is an SRAM card, I don't believe the Amiga can address 8MB through the PCMCIA interface, so it's probably incompatible. :(

A small correction:

It was not a PCMCIA slot, but a memory-expansion slot (connector is 100% the same).
I just downloaded the laptop manual, it says RAM can be expanded via this card.
Now I really doubt this is flash, could very well be an SRAM card.
Only question, is it pin-compatible with PCMCIA, I dont want to damage my A600 while trying it.

Well, there are also 4MB cards of this type, they're very cheap on EBAY so its worth it to see if this can actually work...

Unfortuantely this is Type 2 PCMCIA Toshiba Hybrid.

This is not compatible with the Amiga, as configured differently some are only 3.3volt and not 5v which is what is provided via the PCMCIA port, These cards are a good source of SRAM chips though =)
