I want to swap my Sonnet Crescendo 7200 G3@400MHz with 1MB Cache and 32MB Ram for a Cyberstorm MKI or MKII 060 with 128MB Ram and SCSI controller.

How much faster than a 604e @233 mhz is this?

probably twice as fast as a 233MHz 604e. But i don’t have any numbers.
With a Voodoo gfx card on the same bus it’ll run circles around any other classic PPC warp3d setup.
