For sale this SB Audigy 2 NX SB0300 External USB Sound Card. Tested working. It comes with the Remote and Jack cables. It needs fairly standard a 5V Center-Positive Power Adapter (not included) and an USB Type-B (like printer) for connecting to the PC (also not included). Here are some photos:
