Hello,

i have here (the holy grail) New-old-stock (NOS) ZIP-Rams that are 1MBit*4 static column or page-mode

Type: TC514402AZ-60
Manufacturer: Toshiba
Production-Date: 1995/Week 22

These static-column ZIP-Rams give the maximum speed a stock Amiga 3000 is capable of (see screenshot of sysinfo).
With normal fast-page-mode ZIPs a speed-value of 0.92 is maximum. Of course offered chips support fast-page-mode as well.

chips have been tested extensively.
