With this will SDHC card readers work? Is there anyway to connect a usb header to it so you can use an all in one 3.5" bay card reader?

@acid you can just plug it in making sure connected correct way around and you may have a pin hole blocked

i used a multiway bay on my tower with subway but now have a spider with same bay

remember tho these are about 800k a sec transfere rate

Thanks Folks!

I have a Subway and a BigRam on the way, goodie, goodie:)

I noticed these on Vesalia a few days ago..

Is it worth using a Subway? I can only thinking plugging in USB drives and using USB laser mice as only advantages? Hmm I got quite a few new condition ami mice so not sure if I can justify cost.

Yes, the Network Adapters range up to 10/100/1000 and are easy to configure. I get 5 Mb/s on an external HDD. Great to transfer files from PC to Amy on a thumb drive. Don't forget printers and scanners. Wireless mice and keyboards are nice (I use the former). Hook up your iPod/iPhone to transfer pictures. Some folks use fancy joysticks.

Yes man! Even if you only want to use usb sticks! Using the Poseidon stack, it is the easiest way to transfer data between a pc and your Amiga! OK, it is only clockport speed, but anyway I get more than 700 KB/s with one of my sticks on a ISDN Surfer clockport in my A2000/060! And other interesting parts are usb2lan solutions...

Yeah I use a CF adapter as well for x/fering files and I have got a support pcmcia network card.

I dunno, to me for the price its a little bit of a overkill but I do see its appeal since if you dont have network card, CF adapter, or need to run USB mice/joypads then it does solve alot of issues in one go.

I seriously doubt that the USB2LAN dongles could be used with the Subway. I have only been able to use that with a Deneb.
The Subway is too slow. Besides, there are power problems with it on an A1200, even when using an externally powered hub (some devices are never recognized when they are plugged on the hub, some keep powercycling, etc).
It's only ok for usb sticks and mouse/keyboard.
