I am looking around for a case conversion of an amiga 1200, and was wondering if you have names or places where to look at, for cases and AC that will fit the form factor of the amiga mobo.

The idea would be a small case; I've seen many attempts for tower conversion, but I want something small; more or less the size of a small desktop computer, since I do not plan to put too much stuff in there (that's why I will get a 4000, when the time is right).

I am sure that there is some work to do on the case, to fit the motherboard; but do you have any recomendations for the case model? I am in USA, so I need a USA store.

Also what would you suggest for the power supply? I've looked around to find something with similar requirements (12V 1A, 5V 4A, ~150-250W), but so far it is hard to find a decent AC adapter with dual output, at a price lower than a regular ATX brick. I've found a company in CA that makes AC adapters with the perfect specs, but they are beyond the cost of a 500W ATX brick; about twice as much, so I don't think that would be a smart solution.

I am planning to just solder a molex plug on the motherboard, so I can use that connector, and still leave the original connector intact, in case I want to put it back in the original case. So all that I need is a reliable AC that would not be too big, and if possible with a switch.

Any suggestions? So far I just see mods for tower case, but I have not yet discovered any for a low profile desktop case. Thanks!
