There is little or no point whatsoever in buying a kit with blank eproms if you do not have neither the hardware to program nor the soldering skills to assemble it in the first place.

I stand by my support of axel81 and his commitment in bringing fully assembled products to the market. Long may it continue!

I don't disagree. We need innovation with all of these old pieces of hardware.

I had a programmer years ago and used to program my own Eproms.

I could solder until the sight in one of my eyes was buggered up with AMD.

I have to apply the rules of AmiBay as I understand them.

Clearly you are advocating or allowing such practices which appears to be in violation of Legal Disclaimer & Notice. Sub-section 3.

So in this case until the rules are altered these can only be sold with a BLANK Eprom - end of.

First of all, thank you for having dealt with the subject in a constructive way

From what I understand it would therefore be possible to open a sales discussion for this type of game cartridges if set as "DIY KIT"

So all the parts welded with the exception of the EPROM which would be supplied "blank"

If you confirm that in this sense it is okay, I could insert these game cartridges that some users had already requested

We are talking about these..I'm waiting your kindly approval

Has discussed in the PM I believe this is ok because the software is not being supplied which is the main issue faced here originally, so its a yes vote from me

Perhaps you could make the Eprom fit into an IC socket so making it easier for those that can't solder
