Supra Wordsync 2000 SCSI Controller with 40mb Quantum drive. The original drive is dead so I bought this replacement at RE-PC for $49.95. One issue is that the screw holes do not align. I tested numerous other SCSI dries and they all had the same issue, I guess drives were not standard. I can include the other drive at no additional cost other than the shipping will be more.
