Yes, I noticed that listing. That model is the first model: the TC-01. Those are listed on eBay on a regular basis.
The one I am looking for is the follow-up model: the 256. It is MUCH harder to find one of these!
A small company in the UK still stocks new-in-box 256 units, and I contacted them last year. Unfortunately they only sell to UK residents (seems they have a deal with Tatung that limits sales to UK residents only).
The wonderful B&H computers with the elusive 256 in stock still 
I bought two a few years back (2015, wow), arrived as described brand new, amazing. Happy to act as a UK middle man if that helps?

Hi @Rayek , did you receive any response from B&H? I have been in conversations with them since 2019, where they agreed to sell one unit, but for one thing or another the sale got delayed. I received a last email on 2023, where I was informed about the situation that caused the delay, but unfortunately since then I had no replies to email or phone call.

I sent them an email in August 2024, with a follow up in September when I did not hear back. They did respond 10 days later with a reply that they could not sell to non-UK residents according to the agreement that they signed with Tatung when they bought the remaining Einstein stock.
Sent another email early February this year to see if it is possible to have the 256 sent to a UK address instead, but haven't gotten a response as of yet.
It is a bit odd that they agreed on selling you one, though - seeing that you reside in Spain.
Not sure what is going on. If I could I would visit their business in person.

In my case my first contact was on January 2019 and in that moment there was no such restriction to non-UK buyers. Perhaps things turned around meanwhile, but I have been always interested in the unit they agreed to sell me back in the day. In any case I will try to contact them stating that the shipment can be done to a UK colleague. Let's see.
I noticed two different contact email address, searching back through my emails.... I used the one from the "Contact Us" button on the main page, not the one on the Einstein page.
