Closed Tekram DC-6xx IDE cache controllers

This time I'm looking for one or more Tekram DC-6xx-series controllers. These all support onboard RAM for caching. In particular, the following models are of interest:

DC-600C	ISA, 2x IDE (no floppy or CD)
DC-600CF	ISA, 2x IDE, floppy (no CD)
DC-600CD	ISA, 2x IDE, floppy, IDE-CD
DC-680C	VLB, 2x IDE, floppy (no CD)
DC-680CD	VLB, 2x IDE, floppy, IDE-CD

No need to check that - I have BIOSes for most of these, so just let me know which ones you have and perhaps send me pictures of them, to start with?

OK, so i have to dig these up, and check it is still working Works when stored, but who knows? I have DC-680, and maybe more.

Have 690CD and 680T - if it can help you in regards to have a BIOS copy!
Though still looking for an ISA edition of the Tekram Cache Controller, but till now, no luck, so if you have, just let me know!
