I have for sale a fully assembled Terrible Fire TF1260 with a genuine full fat Motorola MC68060RC50 CPU (Rev 6 Mask 71E4J) with both FPU and MMU, 128MB Fast RAM and IDE connector (driver required).
I’ve also included a new/unused TF1260 case badge.
This is an absolute beast of an accelerator, works perfectly and will turn your A1200 into a powerhouse (see photos for SysInfo).
Compatible with any A1200 motherboard revision with Kickstart 3.1, 3.X, 3.1.4, 3.2, or 3.9 and PCMCIA friendly.
This card has the beta firmware which works perfectly. With the latest TF1260 firmware and relevant cooling, the Rev 6 CPU should be capable of higher speeds (ie potentially up to 100MHz). As I have no cooling (and have had no need), I have only run it at the stock 50MHz (which is blazingly quick - see photos for SysInfo).
If you need it, I will provide a link to Chucky’s awesome information guide which contains FAQs, various tools/resources and if needed a clean hard disk image for a bootable CF/SD card with WB3.1 and all the 060 libs etc already prepped.
