Which classic trackball Amiga mouse is your favorite in terms of aesthetics and perfomance? For me it's the SpeedMouse by Logic3.

This Primax one was a great improvement over my original tank mouse in the 80's and i used it until i have gone optical only.

Lets see a pic, Tim, (if you can). I don't remember seeing the Wizard 3 button mouse.

you know,,,,,,,,, Even though you gave us a fully kitted out A1200.......... i really need to visit your house when your NOT IN,,,, :D

is there anything you dont have ??

I have always liked the upside down trackballs. I never used one with the Amiga though. I had one built into a keyboard on one of my early 486 PC's back in the day :-)

There is also Alfa Data Trackball, which an Amiga fan of trackballs may also choose.

For a clear case 1200 setup project that's in the works, I took an Alfa Data Amiga Trackball standard badge, and also bought a Comp USA crystal one, which was for PC, but uses the same Alfa Data plastic molds, complete with the Amiga/Atari switch opening and print, and turned the Alfa Data Amiga beige into a Alfa Data Amiga Crystal Trackball. Changed the beige Alfa Data cable to a black one to complete the look.

FYI: Here is a photo of the Comp USA Crystal PC trackball version using the classic Alfa Data molds complete with even the AMIGA/ATARI switch opening visible but unused. Probably made PC users wonder what that was about.

Does anyone do a 9-pin crystal mouse for Amiga that's not tank? Tank doesn't go with the 1200 in my view.

Got one of them Alfa tracker balls too for my Amiga the ball is clear and it lights up when the ball is moved

I have one too but i find it no good and lacking precision. It can't replace a mouse, unlike the great Logo Ergo M575 i have on my desk with my current PC.

Yeah, the Alfa Data isn't great. MicroSpeed AmTrac though is business. MicroSpeed did it for PC, Mac, SUN...every platform appreciated that lovely trackball. Used to have it back in the 90s with my 2000, and there was no way my return to Amiga desktop machine would have anything else.

And...Missile Command anyone? :-)

Found my Alfa Data and crystal PC trackball with Amiga Alfa Data guts swapped in and black cable. And my original Commodore modified to 9-pin black CDTV mouse done for the black 1200 case. Just FYI fun with input devices.
