Hello, I have a Hydra Systems AmigNet card with a BNC and an AUI port. I need to dig for it but I also have a 10Mb hub (HUB) with (5) 10baseT ports and (1) coax port. My plan is to attach my A2000 via the AmigaNet card to the hub, then the hub to a 10/100/1000 switch.
It's been awhile since I used thinnet. I know you normally need BNC T connectors and a 50ohm terminator on each distant end of the coax. If only (2) devices, I thought you could connect the coax directly between the two devices, no T's no BNCs. Does anyone remember if this is accurate?
