Trip down memory lane A500+

Just picked up old boxes from long term storage , contents including A500+, Gvp A530 turbo , plus external drive, vee stored dry but in a garage.

Missing my disc boxes ? Might have been thrown during a clear out!
Any advice and which discs will I need, any helpful advice greatfully received, many thanks one and all!

Hi

If the battery hasn't caused any issues, remove it and fit a gotek floppy emulator to replace the disc drive. Then you can download disc images to a USB on your PC and away you go! (some on ebay already come with a USB stick full of games ect).

Yes, there is external ones too, but since you have no discs you might as well fit an internal one.

Also another worth while consideration would be to go the pistorm route with WHDload.

The pistorm itself is an adapter that's intended to be paired with a Raspberry PI 3a+.

This is a 68k hardware emulator that provides a 020, 030, 040 CPU accelerator, hdd (sdcard), fast ram, rtg, hdmi.

Anyway just food for thought
