twinkick on the A1000

im playing with twinkick from Aminet..

gives you 2 kick roms on a floppy...

requires

kick13.rom
kick31.rom

but i get a error Abort! missing os1.3 (v34.5) data!

my roms are reported as v34.5 so im puzzled

Make sure you are using legit roms, and the 1.3 ROM needs to be 256kb. I got it to work.

The 1.3 is from my A1000 anyway using grabkick ??

Do you have your disk at hand or in adf ??

How much memory does your A1000 have?

I know this is old... but if it helps anyone--- I had the same problem.

Once I used "GrabKick" to create the 1.3 kickstart file I was able to use the tool.

I used a Ambian (raspberry pi) system to move the files back and forth via Flash Drive to the ADFs and booted the ADF created in it on a 1000 with a gotek drive. (Created the ADF on the Emulated Amiga as well)
