The need to declutter - and now having a Mister - means I regrettably need to sell my fully restored Amiga 500.
This is a Rev.5 Amiga 500, Kickstart 1.3, and the PCB was recapped (high quality Panasonic & Nichicon brands) by myself 2022. The Agnus’s socket was desoldered and replaced with a higher quality one. All tested and working fine.
512kb trapdoor expansion memory fitted from Amigastore.eu :

The floppy disc drive’s heads have been properly cleaned, and the loading mech cleaned & relubricated. Switch cleaner applied to the disc detection switches.
Comes with a Workbench disk, XCopy and Amiga Testkit.
A switchless drive selector from Amiga Kit is installed for selecting between the internal drive or external Gotek by pressing Ctrl + two Amiga keys; 1 beep for internal floppy, 2 beeps for booting from the Gotek :

CopperDragon’s rgbtohdmi pcb & Raspberry Pi is fitted. By all accounts not quite as good as LinuxJedi’s board (there’s occasionally some ‘sparklies’ on edges of text or graphics) but still a gorgeous looking way of using the Amiga with a modern TV or monitor. More info here :

Case is brand new from Amiga1200.net. HDMI socket installed in the provided adapter plate.
Keycaps removed and thoroughly cleaned, and the membrane too. They looked slightly yellowed to me, but retro-brighting did not change this, so may well be normal for this revision.
A new Electronic Game’s ‘The Mouse’ included, along with the USB adapter below :
https://www.amibay.com/threads/hid2...id-mouse-and-gamepad-to-amiga-adaptor.107265/
Gotek drive and connecting cable included (plenty of guides to using Gotek out there on youtube if not already familiar with it).
Brand new Meanwell based power supply & power cable included, built by myself earlier this year.
Final reduction to £250 - No other offers please (I’m making a loss as it is). Would be useful if buyer could collect if near Basingstoke as it'll need several different boxes, otherwise will courier at cost within the UK. Happy to dem.
Due to bad health and low energy I’m afraid I’m not currently selling overseas. It’s easier sticking to the UK for me at present on the off-chance something happens to go wrong.
Cheers,
John.
P.S. Have included a couple of pics with my details and today's (10th Sept) date, so hopefully that will be sufficient for the mods.
