I have a keyboard rack thingy that I want to mount under the table. I want to do it sturdy and cheap. Which options is good? locally I can get the StarTech 1U Wall Mount Patch that might work, but it's like 500 nok, 50 euro. Any beter and cheaper options?

What kind of table do you have? Because if it's IKEA one (Linnmon or similar which basically has internal structure made of paper) then your only option is attaching some wooden blocks under the table using some strong glue. But if it's made of solid wood then you can use steel angles from DIY store - mount them to the table using wood screws and use them to mount rest of the hardware.
