Just the LED Header is on the opposite site so technically the same.

Is the LED header not necessary if used on a TF1260 in an A1200?

Also, what's the of shipping to the UK ?

Yes, TF1260 needs that header for insert the signal into a LED Modul otherwise you would have to solder a wire somewhere on the TF. I am just not sure where Pin1 is located on the TF1260 so it might be conflict with the floppy if its on the wrong site.

Shipping to UK is 12 Euro with tracking/insurance.
