What was submitted was an invoice for payment to Apollo Computer, not a receipt proving payment made and item shipped. Assuming you paid the invoice and the ~4 days shipping you would have had it about a month.

Best to snap an image of your actual vampire and post that instead of an invoice which means nothing other than you placed an order.
