1200 baud, full-size ISA card modem. Built around the AM2911 modem chip and containing various other chips, such as a MC6802, MC2681, WD8250 and a 29256 or 29C256 EPROM.
I have a box full of these. Most come with screw connections for the phone line and a few have a RJ11 connector.
Nokia ECM4896M Trellis, 9600 baud, external modem with a 25-pin RS-232 connector and a buit-in power supply.
Zoltrix 14k4 ISA card modem including manuals, software and a (never used) cable with a TAE connector.

This modem worked very well while I had a ADSL connection. After my line was updated to VDSL this modem was no longer able to make reliable connections.
