2x 32mb Simms sold to RichyV

@ Steve

I have an Elbox ACT Apollo Turbo 1230 Mk 3 - will a 32Mb EDO SIMM be compatible with it?

The BBOAH says that 32Mb SIMMS are supported, but I'm not sure if the SIMM needs to be EDO or Fast Page and it's not stated on the page.

If it supports EDO, then I'm up for one of the 32Mb ones please.

Hi Merlin, IIRC I used this Simm with my old Apollo 1240 so there's a good chance it should be compatible.

I'm happy for you to return the memory for a full refund if it doesn't work

All the best,

Steve.

Hello my friend,

Steve,

I've just checked my Apollo and I've discovered that it already has a 32Mb SIMM in it (I could have sworn it had less than that installed). :picard

As my card only supports 32Mb, I'll let someone else make an offer for the 32Mb SIMM.

Hi Steve,
(came here from my Wanted thread;) do you know/think whether an 8Mb SIMM will work in my MTEC 1230/28 RTC?

Hi!

It should work, as long as it fits as these chips are quite thick. I'm happy to accept a return and offer a refund if you have any issues of course.
