One of my hobbies is to collect and analyze old integrated circuits. I run the site http://siliconpr0n.org/ which has information on how to analyze ICs as well as high resolution photographs of various ICs. I came here to reach out to the community to look for a few pieces of hardware I've had difficulty acquiring

Ooh I like this site very much....

Pls feel free to disintegrate as many Z80's as possible

Filth, utter filth, it's not right I tell ya, and yet . . . strangely alluring.:D

Very interesting stuff John, had a chance to crack open some amiga custom chips at any point?

Phwoar! That's real top-shelf hardware pr0n for the discerning gentleman you have there, John.

What ICs are you looking for, specifically?

Holy Wacamoly ! IC a world of opportunity here for you:cool:

Reminds me of the visual simulator on this page:
http://visual6502.org/welcome.html

More specifically, the 6502 simulator:
http://visual6502.org/JSSim/index.html

Simulation is running in HTML5, purely based on pictures of the chip. In theory something similator could be done with all Amiga custom chips as well to achieve a 100% compatible emulation or be automatically converted to VHDL code (digital circuits only), although those ICs use a smaller process than the 6502.

Welcome. Do you have a top ten list of ICs you are looking for? I and many others here have ICs we could possibly donate.

Bryce.

Need some 74' intel controllers (dip 40 pin ) or an 73' texas Instruments 7281?
(I might twisted a number there but im shure its an sn7281 -will look it Up tomorrow) ;)
