"FIFO Buffers" error is all I ever get to see running this non-linear edit card. My HDD is plenty fast enough. I don't understand.

I was able to talk to ONE other person who had this card and he complained of the exact same thing. Lemon product?

Can you record just a little video before FIFO error?

What is your setup? (RAM, CPU, HDD, Amiga model etc).

What MovieShop version do you run?

What is your JPEG quality settings?

FIFO Buffer errors are usually settings related.

What is your Amiga set-up? What version VLM do you have? What version of MovieShop?

Most set-ups are limited to JPG quality settings of around 70. Some systems might go 80, but the Z2 bus is the limiting factor. You can have the fastest drive controller paired with the fastest drive and still be subject to Z2. I use an A4000 with TREX060 and MovieShop partitions on a CF card connected to the TREX060 SCSI bus. I can sometime get close 80. JPG setting also depends a little on the video you are trying to capture.

There are also advanced buffer settings. Here is more info on buffer settings for MovieShop 4.x & 5.x:
