For Sale:

1 x 3DFX Voodoo 4 PCI RTG/Graphics Card.

Description:

Appears to be faulty. When installed onto a Mediator 4000 Di using latest pci.library 13.15. PCIINFO will not list the card. Also fan on this although working, is noisy.
This is as far as I have taken this.
