Warp3d... how do I get it to work?!

OKiez, I have an A4000 with Mediator 4000Di running a Voodoo 3 3000 and Cyberstorm Mk III @ 66mhz (total of 272 mb fast)

I am running OS 3.9 with BB1, 2 and 3. Everything is running perfectly except I cannot for the life of me get Warp3d to work.

I have installed it from the Elbox MM cd.... but none of the demos work, they just create a suspend/reboot error.

What am I doing wrong?
