Issue No. 5 of WhatIFF? is now available for download from www.whatiff.info and has been uploaded to Aminet, so hopefully in the next 24 hours. Thank you to all who contributed to this issue, I hope you will enjoy it!

Great read since issue 1, keep up the good work. Might write an article or two in the future.

Glad that an up-to-date amiga guide magazine exists now after a long time.

Not yet, it is something that we are considering, but for the moment you can read the file on your PC or Mac via winguide.lha from Aminet :)

WhatIFF? Issue 7 October/November is now available from the www.whatiff.info website and shortly Aminet. Thank you to all who wrote for this issue, it was our biggest one yet that came in at 42 A4 printed pages, took me a little while to proofread it smile.gif

The WhatIFF? website has been updated with a newer`ish look and also has a mini forum attached to it.

https://forum.whatiff.info

Prior to this the writers were using Discord to talk but this way it is easier to keep track of comments, articles, submissions etc. Plus the added bonus is part of the forum is public so readers can submit suggestions, complain, write articles and talk to the writing staff as well. It is a very simple forum but I hope to see you there!

In the upcoming issue, we're interested in the software and hardware that has made the most significant impact on the Amiga scene in 2023. Please share in this post any new software or hardware that has impressed you the most this year. We'll compile a list of the top 10 and include any comments you provide in the next issue. Please feel free to share your thoughts. If possible can you post it on the WhatIFF? forum linked here: https://forum.whatiff.info/viewtopic.php?p=19#p19

I am sorry to say that during my attempt to upgrade the forum software, I made a mistake and lost all the data. As I am still learning my way around phpBB, I kindly request you to register again on the WhatIFF? mini forum. I apologize for any inconvenience caused due to my mistake.

Additionally, the thread for the best software and hardware was lost in the process. Therefore, I am sharing the updated link https://forum.whatiff.info/viewtopic.php?p=11#p11 with you.

Your input would be appreciated for creating a list in the December magazine. We already have some great interviews with the developer of Spheroid and the Trinity accelerator card.

I was really happy to get these two interviews for the December issue, and we might even get a Xmas themed cover disk, fingers crossed.

I just tried to download this in Firefox and got a scary message about current document served over HTTPS but download delivered by HTTP. I've never seen that message in the 18 yrs i've been using Firefox, but I'm assuming that given it's a magazine for Amiga, it would be highly unlikely that someone was trying to trojan me. Please someone assure me that i'm not being trojan'ed? :)

No worries, despite the fact that also https is holed like a swiss cheese it were implemented as standard within ff etc. a year ago or so. But no worries, just download the stuff from sites you know.

WhatIFF? issue 12 is out today, it has been uploaded to Aminet but if you want your copy early you can download it from the forum: https://forum.whatiff.info/viewtopic.php?p=111#p111

Thank you to everyone involved in this issue and for all your work over 2023! Amiga forever! Don`t forget to try out the Xmas Spheroid demo included with this issue :)

Hello everyone, the next issue is getting closer with some great content and interviews. We have a music disk for this issue as well. In the meantime as a bit of fun I had some stickers made up to help with the server and domain costs. Two stickers are £1.50 which includes shipping and 50 pence for each additional sticker.
