Another place not honoring a purchase. Second retro shop in the same month.

Sucks being in the States rn. :(

At least refund my money without me having to fight for a charge back.

Why do these places take your money, then ghost you?

They seem reputable, its a shame.

Thanks for the heads up.

Just had a look at their Website. Not much Amiga stuff.

Tried the “About us” section. Doesn’t tell you anything…..

Well, this is probably because it is hard to run a small webshop. Stock levels are low to cut costs and avoid sitations when you are left with unsellable goods. Everything is done on the fly because there is no money to employ additional staff to do the work. Sometimes you end up with an order for goods you just sold out and didn't have time to reorder.

At least this is how it looks like in my small business (not directly related to retro hardware but similar).

But after three emails over 2 weks, you would have time for some kind of response to your customer, correct?

Well, I believe that sellers try to aquire the goods as soon as they get order and they delay answer while waiting for delivery to avoid cacellation of order, huh :). Of course that is not a good practice, I don't do such things. But I'm a manufacturer so it is a little different story.
