I would like to replace capacitors for 2 A1200 motherboards with the following revisions:

1A
1D.1

Any idea where I can buy complete capacitor kits please?

Thanks!

Purely from an interest point of view, does anyone know what make/model of capacitors they supply ?

Woah, that was fast. Thanks guys!

Btw any ideas if 1A or 1D1 need timing fixes for ACA?

Oh, crud. Does this apply for ACA 020 accelerators as well? (was hoping these dont need fixes!)

Edit: I have noticed that on the A1200 motherboard that I got today, some of the IDE pins are green/black O_O with what looks like gunk.

I have taken a look at the traces and they seem fine to me. What's this green stuff, and more importantly which is the best way to remove it (safely)?

Hmmm on a 2nd inspection I am noticing that there is probably acid (green bits) on the tracks surrounding the IDE port. It seems that one of the caps has leaked :(

I've got 3 boards here, 2x 1D4 and 1x 2B all re-capped and none have any issues with ACA1230 or ACA1231/2 none have had (to my knowledge) any timing fixes applied.

I think re-capping along with a good PSU is more important.

The only board I had here with ACA1230 troubles was a 1D1 board but the Caps could equally have been the issue, it worked except anything in PCMCIA caused a crash and FastATA wouldn't work either.

It seems that even with the A1200 I got today I am going to have issues :(
See my post before yours.
