Where do the TI-99/4A people primarily hang out?

As the title says, I'm interested in know where to go to "hook up" with the Texas Instruments TI-99/4A owners.
I know there's a sub-forum at AtariAge that's about the TI-99/4A, but I suspect there might be something bigger for the TI-99/4A. I just can't find it.

I need to direct my mate that way, since the TI-99/4A was "his" machine as a kid, and he just recently began getting interested in owning one again. So currently we're trying to find the machine for him. Next step is to have a place to read about all the news and such, like the rest of the gang have for "their" machine. (E.g. I use the CPCwiki.eu all the time).

Some kind of forum where only TI-99/4A specific hardware and software are presented and discussed. Where is it?
