Which eprom burner should I get?

I want to burn a custom Amiga 3.9 kickstart ROM, as well as some other retro chips for things like Oktagon 2008 scsi card, RapidFire scsi card, Fusion Forty accelerator, Atari 8-bit and C64 items.

Does anyone know which burner is good for that purpose. It doesn't matter if it is usb or parallel.

I am hoping to find one that is a good balance between being cheap and functional.

After some recommendations here, I just bought the GQ-4X and the ADP-054 add-on for doing my 8-Bit and 16-Bit programming. The retail on the GQ-4X 'Light' pack is $98 and the retail on the ADP-054 is $35. Not sure if that's in your price range, but it seemed decent to me for an up-to-date burner.

I have the GQ-3X bought from here and a generic Willem 16bit adapter... I haven't tested writing yet but reading an original kickstart chip works fine.
Another classic are the WILLEM LPT programmers, v5 or something atm, they work with the 16bit adapter and is a tested and classic solution. You need an OLD pc with a real LPT though.
Or maybe these TOP853/G540 programmers on eBay, haven't used them but they seem fine.
