I had this device working on XP and successfully burn mainly 27C400 and 27C800 (both with Dip42 Adapter) eproms through // port.
USB and parallel cables included plus printed documentation and a software, documentation CD (Not seen on photo).
Best when used with a good 12v2a psu, not included. Can be powered from a USB port (cable included) but restricts the type of roms you can create.
