I used this to burn my own custom 3.9 roms and 3.1 roms and had perfect results everytime.
You'll get the eprom programmer (paralell version) with both leads, dip adapter for doing 27c and other series eproms, UV eprom eraser, 4x 27c322's, 4x 27c400's, 4x 27c4001, 1x 27c256 (with GVP 4.13 rom on), a cdrom with software and burning guide to burn correctly everytime.
In short all you need to burn your roms.
