Is this trustworthy to buy as need windows 10 on fresh hard drive for my new pc.

Not sure. The safest way to get Win 10 cheaply is to search for "Windows 10 OEM" on amazon. You can get a real Win 10 DVD and license key for about 30 quid.

According to what ive read you can still get the free upgrade to windows 10 if you have a windows 7 or 8 lying around if you use the media creation tool to install Windows.

I got a code from kinguin cheap but I had to fone m$ to get it activated :/

I bought one from scdkey for Win 10 pro and no problem at all in activating so +1

I bought 3 cheap Windows 8.1 Pro keys in the past and they all activated with no issues and all 3 were later upgraded to Windows 10 Pro with no issues (during Microsoft's free Windows 10 upgrade period) .
