Try Kinguin I think I paid about £25 for Win10 on my media PC

note: I had to phone through M$ to activate it however

I did email Technostore Uk for their website and they didnt give me links of the website that was selling Windows 10 memory stick.

Thanks for help and I will have check Kinguin.
