Im looking for a pc tower that works with windows 98 SE i have gotten a hard drive ready installed, but the computer would need a sound blaster pro card if that can be included.

And it needs to be in the case.

Hmm..have an Intel Celeron 433 if you want. Case looks not bad.

EUR 10,00 plus shipping (~ EUR 20,00) ?

What are you looking for? 486, Pentium, Pentium II/III, K6/K6-2, Athlon?

Hmmm, well, im going to be playing CD-rom games on it and useing it for older dos games but im also going to use it for external graphics cards like the well known voodoo card for the early 3d based graphics games.

and what sound hardware does it have?.

So, it seems that the best bet is an Athlon or a Pentium 3. I recommend something with ISA, so that you get a nice MS-DOS experience. If you want a "custom" PC, let me know. I have lots of parts for sale, including 3dfx cards, several ISA soundcards, wavetable, etc.

Voila. Its a 466 Mhz Celeron with 64 MB ram and a ATI AGP GPU. It already has soundcard on mainboard, but u can add a nice ISA or PCI soundcard if u want. At the moment there are a CDRW and a DVDrom inside. With the CD/DVD drives inside i need EUR 17,00 without EUR 10,00.

looks pretty good, would it run software synts fine?.

was my former Win98 retro machine with USB support :) There is a patch for Win98 outside, no official, but it works. Thats why i used this computer.

I used SCSI but i tried to install win98 on CFcard with a IDE reader (8 GB) and that works perfect..

Edit: ready if you want :D
