Its plays most new games at 1080p great including demanding titles like the witcher 2. If you have any question I'm more then happy to answer.

I have this exact card, I can confirm its a damn good card. Fan is a bit noisey (many have complained about it in the review) but if you use the ATI software to control it and crank it down to 20% speed then for me atleast the temps are still more then acceptable and it's fairly quiet.

Here's some pictures of the card, it's a little dusty but I will clean it with a can of compressed air when purchased. The box is stored in the loft atm I will take pictures of the box on the request. (The card is currently stored in the box of my new card)

I'm tempted. Got double fan version on Amazon for £xx but I don't have that for a fortnight now.. gonna go have a think and come back to this may impulsively change my mind and go for it yet

How used is the card? How long has it been used I mean? Still plenty of life left in it?

Will be able to play Sims 3 now without the lag

Well, sims 3 played on highest settings without lag with my 4800, but with NRAAS Story Progression it lags like heck even on lowest setting, so sticking another DDR3 SDRAM stick in & the 6870 that should sort it

Arrived yesterday pretty much brand new all original packaging and books etc I'm ecstatic!

Forgot to put my anti-static wrist band on when putting new memory in other day though so blew my motherboard up with static

Ordering a new motherboard/cpu next week though upgrading from my old CPU (intel core duo 2.6) to an AMD 6core 3.6 so that along with this 6870 will do me great
