It supports ISE (including the latest 14.7), Chipscope and EDK software.

It works with both Windows and Linux systems.
Auto detects and adapts to the target I/O voltage
It can program flash PROM devices with SPI interface.

It supports all XILINX devices, including:
All Virtex FPGA devices (including all capacities of virtex6).
All Spartan FPGA devices (including all Spartan6 capacities).
XC9500/XC9500XL/XC9500XV CPLD devices (various voltages).
CoolRunner XPLA3/CoolRunner-II CPLD device.
XC18V00 ISP PROM series.
Platform Flash XCF00S/XCF00P/XL PROM series.
XC4000 series FPGA.

AFAIK it can program the TF1260 but you would best ask your builder to confirm this before buying.
