ZX Speccy +3 Help

Not quite being amiga related, but i know there's some pro's here on Spectrum's also, so:

Got hold of a ZX Spectrum +3 in pretty god shape, already replaced the drive belt (reads and writes perfect ) and a rgb to scart cable, and for last a DivIde 5.7c to complete the package .
But now i realised theres a catch...
The sound output from the +3 sounds like s**t, after reading a bit about a possible problem found that some earlier +3 got a sound problem that need a fix to be applied in order to get a better sound output, mine is marked Z70830 ISSUE 1.
So anyone here as a clue on what o should do? I found some schematics on the web but apreciate a expert advice.

That's the one i was talking, but there seems to be two way's, one mutch easyer and another out of my capacities.
Does the easy fix gives good results?

Well, it's always the best to have "best of all" solution
It's not difficult assuming that you have some soldering skills.

I think is better to stick with the "easy" fix... :dry:, or i might end up with a +3 "brick" .
