I think you still need to wait if Pistorm ever appears for A4000, and it is not sure if the Emplant would work with it.
Your best choice for now is some overclocked 060 card + fast RTG. Possibly Warp for A4000 is arriving soon.

The Adapter with RGB amplifier (sometimes called VLR - because it helps to eliminate vertical lines that may appear on some monitors such as Dell) is is realized on PCB and comes covered in Black tube.

Adapter with Sync Switch - 17,5 €
Adapter with RGB amp. buffered (VLR - Vertical Line Remover) - 24 € (VLR adapter is PCB based covered in black tube)
Adapter with sync switch does not have any circuit providing buffering or signal filtering.

Apple IIGS outputs only CSync, but not H+V Sync, and many 15khz monitors support H+VSync. For example BenQ BL712A can display picture even with CSync, but you need to manualy switch to RGB mode every time computer starts.
Regarding the SCART-VGA Csync adatper it is mostly meant for GBS...
