I used all proper drivers and it's still a pretty awful experience no matter the platform. I have several different dongles for the Amiga now (mouSTer being the best) and there's just no getting around that shoddy tank mouse. I purchased my units well after launch day, so I'm not sure they did...
I really want to print this A600, but that slim vent design is really turning me off. Are there plans to adjust those top vents to match the original case?
I'm looking for one of those metal/aluminum monitor stands for the A500. I'm not sure if they had an official name. I'd prefer a US seller to keep shipping costs low, but willing to entertain an international sale for the right price. Condition doesn't need to be great.
Thanks!
I have two - a black mouse and white mouse. Here are my thoughts:
- They both suffer from the worst battery life of any device I've ever used. Even when turned OFF they drain.
- They both feel cheap compared to original mice.
- They are EXTREMELY overpriced for what they are.

An unreasonable amount of time - approximately three weeks in general, give or take a few days for me. They say they're swamped with work, but I seem to remember lengthy reply times back in 2018 as well.
Update: I heard back and it sounds like there's no ETA on serials. Judging by their reviews, it looks like someone else had the same issue I did. That likely makes two OS CDs sold without a serial number. Hyperion never returned the message.

@steveed Would it be possible to see the cd32 style keys without the flash/bright lighting? I'm wondering if I couldn't just dye the keycaps to darken them up a bit. :)
Interest withdrawn. (was previously declared here)
Sadly, I will have to withdraw interest. My eyes cannot read the white on light grey. I was hoping for something more like this:
Unless of course it's not as difficult to read in person?
I mean, the CD is pressed (not a CD-R) and the case is a sort of DVD clam shell. I knew to look for the sticker beforehand, but alas...nothing. I still have the cellophane wrap sitting in front of me.
All in all, it's really weird they they would sell a disc without a key. I really should have...
After a few weeks of waiting I was told they will send me one when they receive more. I didn't realize vendors were able to make and sell discs without a license.
Now that Hyperion is on the fritz, it looks like my options are between wait indefinitely or pirate.
Not to be a Debbie Downer, but amibay.com isn't indicative of the larger vintage computing community coming together on an even larger crowdfunding platform. OK-I will duck and hide now.
