Have ordered many times, but last time I ordered A1200 3.2 kickstart ROMs with TF1260 IDE boot support and instead got 3.2 CD without CD-key sticker (worthless). Everything else on same order was ok.
Contacted them and got no answer (that was last year). So picture of a woman with headset in their website gives very much wrong impression about the support.
I do not like their web shop not having any sorting options. Like sorting according to price.
I like the thing you can order alarms if item comes back to stock.
We are a reseller and we have plenty of 3.2 in stock. They all arrived with the sticker on the outside of the cellophane. So at shows, we always have one with the cellophane removed, on top of the pile; to avoid people taking a photo of the serial numbers.I mean, the CD is pressed (not a CD-R) and the case is a sort of DVD clam shell. I knew to look for the sticker beforehand, but alas...nothing. I still have the cellophane wrap sitting in front of me.
All in all, it's really weird they they would sell a disc without a key. I really should have filmed opening the package.
That's cool. I'm guessing my source, stuck them on the front before shipping then. As I don't buy direct. When I buy several at a time from Sordan.ie, I receive the stickers separately and place them on the back at trade shows, or in photos of complete systems for sale.
An unreasonable amount of time - approximately three weeks in general, give or take a few days for me. They say they're swamped with work, but I seem to remember lengthy reply times back in 2018 as well.Usually, how long does it take before they process support e-mails?
