I usually get a response within 3 business days.
I just ordered one of the new mechanical switch A1200 keyboards this past Sunday after news that it was listed last Saturday night.

I have ordered from them quite frequently the past year and a couple of times in the past.
The usually process the order and ship reasonably fast IMHO.

The problem arise when you need to interact with them, like sending them a question about an item or your order can take weeks to get a reply or you won't get a reply at all.
And if there's a problem with your order the process of getting in touch with them to solve the problem is almost worse than pulling teeth.
I've had some problems with non functioning items and items arriving not as described on their website, first it takes weeks for them to respond and more weeks for them to process the issue .... and more weeks to get back to you.
Where I come from (in my country) customer care is very important and you can recognize a great company buy how well you care for you customers when there is a problem.

I have only had good experiences, and over a long period of time.

I very much like the choice of products they offer, the prices are generally good and they do some unique products which they seem to have researched themselves and offer to the community for fair prices. I also like their website, I find it's retro-quirkiness charming.

I think they mean well and have seen no indication here or elsewhere that this is not the case.

Reading this and other threads about other Amiga shops I do sympathise with how difficult it must be to keep a small business like that afloat on a small market with an unsteady supply of makeshift hardware hacks meant to interface with 40 year old computers. What a nightmare it must be for them all to try to source new products to keep a steady revenue among a mostly fixed number of customers. And the paradox of it all, that while they cater to market of carefree hobbyists, they're held to the super-high standards of today's online behemoths that offer millisecond responses to every user input and tantrum.

Update:
I did get a reply to my RMA request after sending a reminder. My faulty Pistorm32 is now on its way to Spain.
Let's how that part goes. 🤞

Keyboard shipped. The send an email about the order shipping but don’t list the tracking number in the email, and only reference your order on their website to get the tracking. The tracking number won’t show up if you go looking for it in their website. Seems to be at least a day delay before they populate the tracking number. I have to email them asking for the tracking number after every order. Looking forward to seeing how this blue switch mechanical keyboard is like compared to Rastport which seems to be the gold standard.

Bought 2 Goteks from them over the last 2 years. I opted for the ones with the most options, both times. The second one received was not an LCD version, but the one with the 7-segment displays. Contacted them about it. In the end I was sent the components to convert it myself (after I was asked if I was comfortable with that).
Problem solved satisfactory, but it did take some time (and thus patience): a few weeks...
I would order again though.

I have generally had good dealings with Amigastore.eu, but recently, there have been issues with me receiving parcels from them in Japan. A second parcel has now gone missing, and they have not responded to my requests for an investigation into it. I am not sure if it is the Spanish post or something else, but after this second missing parcel and lack of response to my inquiries, I am thinking of somewhere else to purchase. Though this could be just an issue of sending parcels to Japan from Spain, possibly, as it only seems to happen when I get parcels from them 😅

Recently bought a greaseweazle v4 from them, was smooth and fast transaction. Really good.
