IMHO, I like these guys. I've ordered many times (and I resell myself) but sometimes for personal stuff it's just easier. If I've ever had an issue, I've just called them on several occasions. They pick up and have always been helpful. The phone number is on the site, it's only my personal experience. But vs. waiting for them to work through email, while they create, order, pack and post things; just giving them a quick buzz normally resolves. Hope that's cool to share...

I placed an order last weekend. It shipped but no tracking number was in my history. They replied in 1-2 days with the tracking number. This is probably my 6th order with them. They have always been very responsive in my experience.

And today while at work my order was delivered with components for a ReAmiga 1200 I decided to build! My first wedge system.

Have ordered many times, but last time I ordered A1200 3.2 kickstart ROMs with TF1260 IDE boot support and instead got 3.2 CD without CD-key sticker (worthless). Everything else on same order was ok.

Contacted them and got no answer (that was last year). So picture of a woman with headset in their website gives very much wrong impression about the support.

I do not like their web shop not having any sorting options. Like sorting according to price.

I like the thing you can order alarms if item comes back to stock.

I had the same thing with my version of the OS3.2 CD. No license code. They sent me one after I pointed it out though.

After a few weeks of waiting I was told they will send me one when they receive more. I didn't realize vendors were able to make and sell discs without a license.

Now that Hyperion is on the fritz, it looks like my options are between wait indefinitely or pirate.

Hmmm. I have ordered 3.2 CD several times, and every time it was a pressed disc in a jewel case wrapped in cellophane with the CD key sticker on the outside packaging which you could easily throw away without noticing it.

Maybe Hyperion ran out of pressed discs and now resellers are forced to create their own? I would not want a burnt CD personally.

I mean, the CD is pressed (not a CD-R) and the case is a sort of DVD clam shell. I knew to look for the sticker beforehand, but alas...nothing. I still have the cellophane wrap sitting in front of me.

All in all, it's really weird they they would sell a disc without a key. I really should have filmed opening the package.

We are a reseller and we have plenty of 3.2 in stock. They all arrived with the sticker on the outside of the cellophane. So at shows, we always have one with the cellophane removed, on top of the pile; to avoid people taking a photo of the serial numbers.

When I buy several at a time from Sordan.ie, I receive the stickers separately and place them on the back at trade shows, or in photos of complete systems for sale.
That's cool. I'm guessing my source, stuck them on the front before shipping then. As I don't buy direct. :)

Unpacked my latest order from Amigastore yesterday morning. 322 CF card, 1200 ROM's and mobo insulation sheets. Everything was in order. Another good outcome - keeping my fingers crossed this is the norm.

I placed another order with Amigastore on the 9'th and it shipped on the 12'th and hopefully will arrive next week. Keeping my fingers crossed. Every order has been a good experience so far.

Update: I heard back and it sounds like there's no ETA on serials. Judging by their reviews, it looks like someone else had the same issue I did. That likely makes two OS CDs sold without a serial number. Hyperion never returned the message.

That said, it looks like I'll be forced to sail the high seas for the OS upgrade.

First time I need support from Amigastore after several successful orders.
I ordered a Pistorm32 in September, it did not work at all on my ReAmiga and gave A LOT of trouble on my 1D4 board. At first, I thought the problem was coming from me, until I could try another Pistorm on my 1200s and the try the faulty one on another 1200 known to be fully working.

I've contacted Amigastore on February 4th and absolutely no reply yet.
Usually, how long does it take before they process support e-mails?

An unreasonable amount of time - approximately three weeks in general, give or take a few days for me. They say they're swamped with work, but I seem to remember lengthy reply times back in 2018 as well.
