I believe all minimig cores support NTSC & 60Hz, it's just that by default the minimig is in PAL mode. You can save a config with NTSC enabled, or alternatively, hold F1 on the keyboard or the RESET button on minimig while booting and that should switch minimig into NTSC as well. Also a new...
