    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

https://github.com/Eriond/A314-1000-PCB/tree/main/KiCAD Edit: Initially I'm looking at a cost reduced and generally updated A500 TrapDoor version. After that, we'll see. Maybe a Zorro version for the BigBox range, or something for the CDTV. The problem is that there are only so many hours in a...

    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

Gerbers are not source files, they are production files, more comparable to binaries. I suggest you install the latest KiCAD version with appropriate plug-ins such as https://github.com/Bouni/kicad-jlcpcb-tools and https://github.com/matthewlai/JLCKicadTools (if you intend to use JLC for PCB...

    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

I am now shifting focus towards new A314 implementations. The project is OpenSource, so maybe someone else will have a go at it?

The last board has now been sold. Thank you for your interest in this project.

    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

There are a few boards left as of today. If you own an A1000, this is the opportunity to make better use of that front expansion bay ;)

Sold A314-cp - Amiga clockport interface for Raspberry Pi (Zero)

I'm not making these any more. See post #41 above.

    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

I know, it isn't always as easy as "on TV" :) So, in your case step 1 is not really necessary, unless you have doubts about the RPi. If you use the Raspberry foundation's imager tool, and click the cogwheel icon, you can set it up for headless operation before creating the image on your PC...

    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

"The Dance" is six steps, of which five are literally copy 'n paste from this link: https://github.com/niklasekstrom/a314/tree/main/Software#raspberry-pi (The first step being preparing a RPi SD card using their imager tool.)

    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

I will update the main post as well, but this is to let you know that I won't be shipping out any boards during the coming week due to a business trip. You are welcome to declare interest and I will accept payment for as many boards as I have built up to date. But they won't ship out until the...

    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

If you can get one service to work, you will get them all. That is how the A314 framework is designed. There is a physical channel set up between the a314.device on the Amiga side, and the corresponding a314d daemon on the Raspberry Pi. Over that physical (L1) link, each service or application...

    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

Indeed, this is the latest PCB version, and bug-free as far as we have been able to test it. A note to everyone; boards will be shipping out by beginning/mid next week. Atm I'm busy at a local Commodore meet-up event. :) I will also need your address details to calculate the total - Please PM me.

As I wrote, one board per person. Interest noted, thank you.

    Sold A314-1000 co-processor

Now it's the Amiga 1000's time to get an A314 treatment! :) This is your chance to get your hands on the very latest development of the A314 co-processor project. As previously, I'm selling one board per person as I wish to give as many A1000 owners as possible, the opportunity to experience...

Sold A314-cp - Amiga clockport interface for Raspberry Pi (Zero)

I would use a vise to press the header into place, as opposed to using a hammer. The reason is that hammer blows are quite powerful in the amount of energy they deliver, in a very short amount of time. This energy displacement doesn't go just in to the pins, but traverse through the PCB...

Sold A314-cp - Amiga clockport interface for Raspberry Pi (Zero)

Don't forget to solder them pins to the proper side of your RPi! (The back side) :) Edit: As of today there are two (2) boards remaining for sale. This will be the last batch of A314-cp from me, as I will now focus on developing the A314 line of hardware further. ;) Thank you to all buyers...
