    3D printed Amiga cases

Nice work! I could use a new 4000 keyboard enclosure and front cover. Did anyone print these yet?

Transfer my Amiga OS installation from amiga 1200 to 4000

Here is the 43.45 version for A4000D. It's not a zip, just rename it scsi.device.

Transfer my Amiga OS installation from amiga 1200 to 4000

As Steve said, you probably already have a modern (>4GB capable) IDE driver on your 32GB card, but most of these drivers are amiga model specific, so you need to swap it out with the A4000 version. It’s also possible that your card has idefix running, and not a regular scsi.device...

    Picasso IV issues

Matze experienced issues with Picasso IV in A4000T when using the top two zorro slots. He figured out his problems were due to the zorro bus termination being insufficient for the 4000T. He made some active terminators that fixed the issue. As your card is still in one piece, you could check...

Seeking some advice - Easiest solution for a 4000 tower?

I sold my old homebrew tower that 4play and Dura modded back when to someone in Bergen. If you find a regular 4000D I’m sure he’ll swap :) Edit: A friend also has a 3000D in huge (RBM towerhawk?) tower. (made for 3000D, no modding). He’d be happy to trade for a regular 3000D.

    BlueSCSI v2 on the Amiga

Bummer. Try removing the ini file, cdrom stuff and any hdf files not in use. (move them to a folder on the SD card or rename them) What are your image files named? Are you using MMUlib or Phase5 CPU libs? (I had constant RDB crashes on my CS MK3 SCSI with MMUlib, which went away with Phase5...

    BlueSCSI v2 on the Amiga

I’ve seen reports of trashed RDB’s when using the Dayna wifi driver. Was the dayna scsi device on when this happened?

    BlueSCSI v2 on the Amiga

I interpreted that paragraph about fat32 as optional. 1: Use full card as unit 1/512 with default options, or 2: Set up multiple partitions, or mixed direct partition and HDF files, etc with the ntsc partition and settings file. So AFAIK using an existing amiga SD card should still work if...

    BlueSCSI v2 on the Amiga

Blue scsi will always use 512 sector size when using a full SD card directly, so if your cards are set up with anything higher that’s probably not a good idea. https://bluescsi.com/docs/RAW-Mode

    BlueSCSI v2 on the Amiga

I’ve used 512 on BlueSCSI. If you use a higher value make sure to change both in hdtoolbox and the BlueSCSI HDF file name. I suppose this is equally important on the zulu. JHanna: 100mHz (rev.6), PicassoIV, Ariadne (Roadshow), AD516 sound card.

    BlueSCSI v2 on the Amiga

For what it’s worth I’ve been using BlueSCSI v2 on A4000T SCSI (which is an integrated 4091) with BFG9060 and on 4000D with Warp Engine without issue. OS 3.2, sync transfers (~8MB/s) PFS3aio. I’ve used the default blueSCSI INI file without modification. Have been using HD image files, not...

    A4000T owners group

I’m using a BlueSCSI v2 and a Yamaha SCSI-IDE on my 4000T. They both get 7-8MB reads. I don’t remember the write speed, it’s usually much less important on Amiga. As mentioned, performance of SD cards - also with same speed ratings - vary greatly. (Raspberry Pi crowd has measured many of them...
