For what it's worth, you can get the cable itself very cheaply from various online stores, and the same places will sell you the requisite 50-pin IDC connectors. You can then make your own cables exactly to your own needs.
It's a piece of cake, and it takes minutes. If you don't have an IDC...
I have several of these, both the 2.5" and 3.5" versions. They're mostly in my Macs, but I do intend to put them into Amigas as soon as I find the time.
(It's pretty amazing to have a dead silent Mac Portable.)

Not so much the CD-ROM but the PCMCIA SCSI adapter. However, if they're only for sale together, I will take both. Shipping might be expensive though.

Use Steam. It removes games immediately. (Installing may take a little while, but probably not much longer than from DVD if you have a decent internet hookup.)
